Buttery Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  • olive oil, 2 tbp
  • butter, 30g
  • cup mushrooms, 250g, sliced
  • garlic, 1 clove, crushed
  • light sour cream, ½ cup
  • horseradish cream, 1 tbp

Steps
  1. Heat oil and butter together in same pan on medium.
  2. Sauté mushrooms and garlic 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir cream and horseradish through.
  4. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Season to taste.
