Ingredients
- olive oil, 2 tbp
- butter, 30g
- cup mushrooms, 250g, sliced
- garlic, 1 clove, crushed
- light sour cream, ½ cup
- horseradish cream, 1 tbp
Steps
- Heat oil and butter together in same pan on medium.
- Sauté mushrooms and garlic 3-4 minutes.
- Stir cream and horseradish through.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Season to taste.
