Ingredients

1 kg pork neck (with some fat, and dice pork around 1.5x1.5 cm)

50 gr sugar palm

Grounded Ingredients

5 cloves of garlic

5 shallots

2 tbsp coriander seeds powder

5 candlenuts

5 cm of galangal

Condiments

Sweet soy sauce

Cucumber pickles and chilies

1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
  1. Mixed grounded ingredients with the pork into the mixing bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl with the plastic wrap and rest in the fridge overnight for at least one hour.
  3. skewer marinated pork with the bamboo skewer.
  4. Heat grill pan or prepare BBQ grill.
  5. Grill pork until it's cooked or the color change to golden brown and a bit charred.
  6. Pork satays are ready to be served with sweet sauce and cucumber pickle and chilies.
